Reports to: Partner / Director
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as main point of contact for a client portfolio
- Ensure client satisfaction and manage service delivery
- Coordinate with internal accounting and tax teams
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Prepare client reports and renewal proposals
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of client service or account management experience
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Understanding of accounting/tax services a plus
- Proven ability to manage multiple relationships
Compensation
- Salary: $70,000 – $100,000 / year, plus potential bonuses
