Reports to: Partner / Director of Business Development
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and acquire new business clients
- Manage full sales cycle from outreach to closing
- Partner with firm leadership on growth strategies
- Prepare proposals and present firm capabilities
- Maintain CRM pipeline and meet sales goals
Qualifications
- 3–7 years of B2B or professional services sales experience
- Strong relationship-building and presentation skills
- Understanding of accounting or financial services preferred
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated
Compensation
- Base salary: $60,000 – $90,000 / year, plus commission
- On-target earnings (OTE): $120,000 – $200,000+ potential
