Sales / Business Development Executive

Reports to: Partner / Director of Business Development

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and acquire new business clients
  • Manage full sales cycle from outreach to closing
  • Partner with firm leadership on growth strategies
  • Prepare proposals and present firm capabilities
  • Maintain CRM pipeline and meet sales goals

Qualifications

  • 3–7 years of B2B or professional services sales experience
  • Strong relationship-building and presentation skills
  • Understanding of accounting or financial services preferred
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated

Compensation

  • Base salary: $60,000 – $90,000 / year, plus commission
  • On-target earnings (OTE): $120,000 – $200,000+ potential
